💌 HOW IT WORKS:
• Once you place your order, you will be sent a Questionnaire via email, which includes space for you to share stories & photos of 5 cherished memories of your choosing.
* (If this map is gift, feel free to forward this questionnaire to the recipient for them to fill out)

• After the questionnaire has been completed, I'll begin crafting your one-of-a-kind map!

• Next, you will receive a Finished Draft 1-2 weeks before your promised ship date. This is your opportunity to provide feedback and request any necessary changes or additions to ensure that every detail is perfect.

• If changes are requested, please allow 2-3 days for me to adjust and finalize. At this point, a High-Resolution file of your map will be sent to you ❤️  And for Physical orders, your print + frame will be on its way!

📦 Digital & Physical Delivery Options:

• I'm not able to ship outside of the US, so all International orders are Digital Only.

• Digital orders will receive the High-Resolution Digital Artwork, ready to print at any of the following, or similar, sizes: 11"x14", 16"x20", 20"x25", or 24"x30". If you need a different size ratio, we can certainly do so, so long as you let me know before I begin drawing. No Physical Product will be shipped. 

• Physical Prints are 11x14in. printed on warm-white matte art paper. You will also receive a Magnetic Teakwood Hanging Frame, as pictured, as well as the Digital Files.
