I fully understand that circumstances change, and I will gladly accomodate each situation to the best of my ability.


  1. I can offer a full refund for your order at any time before your questionnaire has been submitted. Once the questionnaire has been submitted, the creation process may have already begun, so please reach out and I will see what I'm able to do!

  2. Due to the personalized nature of my products, I am unable to offer any refunds or returns once I've already begun working on a map. I work to make the entire creation process collaborative, offering multiple steps along the way where changes and edits are able to be made. Upon receiving the draft, customers have the opportunity to request any necessary changes.

  3. I take great pride in my work and strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their custom map.
